Do you identify as being disabled, neurodiverse or have experience of any access needs? We would like to invite you to take part in a virtual focus group to review the usability of the website.

Sussex Dance Network wants to be an inclusive and welcoming platform for everyone from their first contact with us. We are looking at how we can make our website more diverse and accessible and we would like to ask for your help.

What will we be asking you to do?

  • To attend a virtual briefing session where we talk about what the focus group will be doing and when (30 minutes);
  • To share your responses to our questions and any feedback on navigating the website and its content using the media that is most accessible to you- video, sound recording, written notes (maximum 60 minutes in your own time);
  • To meet us for a virtual debrief session (maximum 120 mins).

What is the time commitment?

3h 30 mins spread across one week. All sessions will take place remotely via Zoom and using your existing devices.

Why should I take part?

You will be part of a larger Sussex Dance Network project that is aiming to make the network more accessible and implement a Diversity, Equality and Inclusion strategy.

Your contributions will help the network’s website to be more accessible and inclusive.

We value your time and the expertise you are sharing with the network. As a small thank you for the time and good will you have put into taking part we will award each participant £40.
