Lilian takes you through her movement technique with a series of improvisational tasks designed to bring out movements qualities in you that you may not have accessed before. In the class, you will learn repertoire from her company Callous Affection Dance and Lillian will be sure to encourage you to add you own flavours. Her technique class has an aspect of creative input available to all participants.
Lilian returned to Brighton after graduating Falmouth AMATA with a First in Dance and Performance (2016). She has created around 5 pieces of work/projects since returning to Brighton, all of which focus on human interaction. Her works have been funded by South East Dance, and Arts Council England, and she is currently supported by ONCA’s Barge, South East Dance, and Copperdollar studios. To date her work has been mostly in performing live and creating film. With With the nature of her work being so heavily focussed on human interaction and reaction, she hopes to begin teaching more.
