Class description:
Laura’s contemporary classes prioritise physical self-awareness and joyful self-expression in movement. Classes move through simple floorwork and improvisatory exercises into dynamic centre and travelling sequences, accumulating skills and movements to minimise the effort of learning sequences and maximise opportunities to engage sensation, intuition and pleasure in movement. Laura encourages the re-wilding of each dancer, supporting the release of tension and over-cultivated movement habits in order to liberate instincts, imagination, and physical and creative power.
