Class description:
Clea’s class gives participants permission to find their own unique ways of moving and to embrace being human in the dance space. The class will encounter a mixture of improvisation and set phrases, taking inspiration from release, Cunningham and jazz techniques. Participants are encouraged to find freedom and expansive movement within this physical class with a focus on musicality and individual expression.
