Valerie’s high energy and fun-fuelled class fuses elements of floorwork, release technique and street dance to an eclectic range of music in order to find new concepts of technical proficiency in contemporary dance. Expect to get sweaty!

Biography
Valerie Ebuwa is a freelance dance artist, writer and model born in East London. She graduated with a BA HONS degree in 2014 from London Contemporary Dance School. Amongst others, she’s recently worked with Vincent Dance Theatre, Clod Ensemble, Protein Dance, Rhiannon Faith, Grace Nicol, Holly Blakey and Eddie Peake. Her own work has been featured in Crack Magazine, Parallel magazine and the Create Your Vision campaign for Ollie Quinn. As well as her blog, Valerie writes for I am Hip Hop magazine; a printed and online publication championing Hip Hop culture. She is a panel member, host and mentor of Woman SRSLY; a female-led performance platform, which has recently been featured in i-D magazine, Ladybeard Magazine and It’s Nice That.
